Frequently asked questions

How do I share the schedule with the other parent or the sitter?

Tap “Share”: the week’s image goes out with a link. Whoever opens the link sees the same schedule, can edit it, and every change shows up straight away for the others. “Make my own” starts a blank schedule.

Is my information stored?

Until you share, nothing leaves your browser: it only keeps your last schedule, so you find it again. A shared schedule is encrypted in your browser before it is sent; the key stays in the link, after the # sign, and never reaches us. It is deleted after 30 days without use. No account, no cookies.

Can I print it in black and white?

Yes. Each adult has initials and a shape (circle, square, triangle…) as well as a colour, so the schedule stays readable without colour.

Is the PDF US Letter or A4?

The English version makes a US Letter PDF; the French version makes an A4 one. It carries a QR code that reopens the schedule.

What about several children?

Tap “Child” to add one table per child, each with its own daycare, school or sitter days. Up to 8 children and 8 adults.

What does “At home” mean?

The little house ⌂ under each day shows who is at home during the day, working from home or off: you know who can pick the child up if something comes up.
